Background Check is necessary for us especially for company owners since we cannot identify criminals today and those people who have bad intentions to us at first glance. If we conduct a background check to our new acquaintance and even our friends, in that way we will have a little knowledge about them and can protect our selves and our family if we find out that this person has criminal records in the past or even at present.

Employers prefer to background check their potential employees because they wanted to protect their company from potential illegal actions. They simply check if their applicants are for real and not for fraud.
